AC Installation & Repair
Whether you are changing your old unit or installing a complete new system, we can advise you on the best Air Conditioning system to fit your needs, reducing your electric bills and putting you on the path to a more environmentally sustainable future.
There are five things to consider when installing your Air Conditioning:
The size of the Air Conditioning you install is very important, if the unit is too small, it will be overworked, won’t cool properly and will lead to higher electric bills. Installing an unit which is too large will lead to over cycling, improper cooling, higher humidity and higher electric bills.
Unit Efficiency (S.E.E.R)
The efficiency of your Air Conditioning otherwise known as Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (S.E.E.R) is where you will see your biggest dollar savings. The Ratings range all the way from 11.00 to 20.00 S.E.E.R with 20.00 being the cheapest to operate while maintaining your home, cool and comfortable. With increasing energy costs your savings will become more significant every year you own your system.
Reliability and Warranties
Having a great Warranty is always a comfort, but isn’t it even better when your air conditioner is so reliable that you will probably never have to use it? Because of the superior quality of the Rheem Prestige Series, your air conditioning unit has a 10 year factory warranty covering all parts, giving you, our customer that peace of mind.
The environmental impact may not be important to all, but if we can passively reduce pollution and carbon while saving energy we will elevate our habitats to a better place.
Federal Tax Credit
On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed a stimulus bill that made some significant changes to the energy efficiency tax credits.
The energy rating of 13 EER, 16 SEER and up on our units meet all the criteria for you to qualify for this Tax Credit of 30%, up to a total of $1,500.00
With a complete line of Super High Efficiency units using the new Earth Friendly R410A refrigerant, we can reduce damage to the planet and ourselves.
